IronSight Operator is a service truck drivers tool for viewing job requests, chatting with a dispatcher, as well as viewing location statuses.
The driver can advance a job through 3 statuses:
- Scheduled
- Active
- Complete
The customer is updated at each step. When a job is set to an Active status, the app updates the customer with the drivers GPS location.
